About the Role
Puretech Digital is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary designer who combines strong motion design capabilities with expertise in static design, landing pages, and emailers.
You will work across diverse industries and categories, contributing to high-impact campaigns, social media creatives, and performance marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, and performance marketing.
  • Design high-conversion landing pages and emailers, ensuring both visual appeal and usability.
  • Develop static creatives for social media, ads, and brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director, copywriters, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute ideas.
  • Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives and concepts.
  • Ensure consistency in brand communication across all design outputs.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and AI-driven creative workflows.

Required Skills & Expertise
  • 3–5 years of experience in motion graphics and digital design.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and modern creative workflows.
  • Social media and performance ads
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout design.
